From 5-8 September 2012, The Sukosol took part in the 20th Food & Hotel Thailand 2012 exhibition and competition at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The annual event is when top local and international hotels, restaurants, supplies and service providers get together to compete and share ideas.

We are pleased to announce that the talented Khun Nikom Posukha successfully took home gold in the prestigious Freestyle Ice Carving event of Thailand’s 18th International Culinary Cup (TICC), a highlight event at the trade show. His colleague, Khun Isara Satuchart, also captured the bronze medal.

The Sukosol’s new Executive Chef, Christian Schreiber, who has recently joined the prestigious hotel from Singapore, had nothing bad good things to say about the win: “I’m fortunate to have taken over a team of professional chefs and technicians who are exceptionally skilled, dedicated and proficient. I look forward to creating bigger and better culinary feats with them in the months and years to come”.
